2021 - 2026 Strategic Framework

After much reflection and several drafts, the Cinnabar Foundation Board has unanimously adopted a Strategic Framework to guide us through 2026.
Our aim was not to redefine our mission but to refocus it, where appropriate, on new and increasing conservation needs. In the process, we took detailed stock of the collaborative impact the Foundation has had over the past five years and developed an ambitious financial strategy to best meet those needs. We urge you to read it. In a very clear and direct way, the Strategic Framework sets out what we’ve done, and why, and how, in the context of the challenges we anticipate and the opportunities we look to seize. |
